About the Role
Join our dispensary team as a Dispensary Agent, where you’ll deliver friendly, welcoming customer experiences while helping customers and patients explore cannabis products through education and guidance. This role also supports day-to-day operations, including maintaining an organized, sanitized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and patients with a positive, professional attitude.
- Assist customers as they navigate their cannabis education journey.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Provide product education on types, methods, and general efficacy of cannabis products (without offering medical advice).
- Complete ongoing training to stay current on cannabis education.
- Support managers and fellow Dispensary Agents as needed.
- Keep the workstation and store front clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Review online orders for accuracy before fulfillment.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, service-first mindset.
