About the Role
Liquor Barn (a GoPuff subsidiary) is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily store operations. You’ll help deliver great customer experiences, strengthen team performance, and drive sales of beer, wine, spirits, and party products.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with day-to-day store leadership and execution of store goals
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent service and strong sales performance
- Help oversee daily operations, including staffing and workflow to keep the store running smoothly
- Enforce company policies and procedures, with a focus on safety and security
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor to ensure customers are supported
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail leadership or assistant management
- Ability to lead a team and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfort enforcing policies related to safety, security, and responsible retail practices
