About the Role
Greenpoint is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and oversee our Electrical Engineering team within the Engineering Department. You will ensure electrical engineering deliverables for aircraft interior systems are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Electrical Engineering team to deliver aircraft interior electrical solutions that meet program requirements
- Manage schedule, budget, and quality across engineering activities
- Oversee research, design, modification, installation, integration, certification, and testing of aircraft interior electrical systems
- Direct engineering for aircraft modifications including air-conditioning and heating, cabin management, in-flight entertainment and communications, and electrical power distribution and conversion
Requirements
- Experience leading or managing engineering teams
- Strong background in electrical engineering fundamentals and aircraft interior electrical systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects through design, certification, and testing
