About the Role
We’re seeking an Engineering Lab Technician to support hands-on testing, assembly, and quality checks of oilfield equipment. This onsite role is focused on operating lab test equipment, collecting accurate data, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate engineering lab test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Assemble and test equipment using blueprints, engineering specifications, and customer requirements in the safest and most cost-effective way
- Verify part quality by confirming dimensional accuracy and correct quantities
- Operate a forklift and overhead crane as needed
- Follow all safety and environmental policies and participate in required training
- Collaborate and communicate with manufacturing, engineering, production, and QA teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug test
- 3–5 years of experience assembling and testing oilfield equipment in a production environment
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing documentation
