About the Role

Repwest Insurance Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of U-Haul, is hiring an entry-level Accountant to support corporate accounting operations. This fully onsite role is based in Phoenix, Arizona and is ideal for candidates starting a career in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities to support accurate financial reporting
• Help maintain and organize accounting records and documentation
• Support month-end or periodic close activities as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine accounting questions
• Follow established processes and maintain attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

• Entry-level experience or relevant coursework in accounting or finance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to complete interviews and assessments independently (no AI tools or real-time assistance)
