About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented entry-level Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a fully remote role. You’ll help keep digital processes organized, ensure information stays accurate, and support team workflows so everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Enter data and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation on a regular schedule
- Organize digital files to support consistent access and version control
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and routine administrative workflows
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to support timely completion
- Maintain clear, up-to-date information for internal teams
- Flag missing or inconsistent data for correction
- Communicate professionally in writing with team members
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and instructions
- Basic proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Clear written communication skills
- Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from a remote setting
- No prior experience required—training will be provided
