About the Role
HP is seeking an Expert Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, customer-facing software initiatives delivered at scale. This role focuses on AI-driven and computer vision–enabled solutions, coordinating across Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and external partners to drive reliable, predictable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent technical programs and ensure consistent delivery against roadmap commitments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define program plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution strategies
- Drive release readiness by coordinating QA, security checks, and operational readiness activities
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for delivery quality, documentation, and governance
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to technical and business stakeholders
- Influence engineering and product execution through clear prioritization and decision support
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role leading large-scale software programs
- Strong background in software delivery practices, release management, and cross-functional execution
- Experience with AI-driven systems and/or computer vision solutions is highly preferred
- Ability to manage ambiguity and operate with high autonomy across multiple initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and external partners
