About the Role
PlayMetrics is hiring a data-driven Field Enablement Manager to design hands-on learning programs that directly improve go-to-market performance. This role blends instructional design with facilitation—creating classroom experiences and learning paths that connect skills development to revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Architect high-impact enablement journeys for field and customer-facing teams
- Own classroom programming, including curriculum design, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and refine learning content
- Partner with GTM leaders to align training with pipeline, adoption, and performance goals
- Develop reusable training assets and playbooks that scale across regions and teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of enablement experience, ideally with exposure to quota-carrying environments
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
- Comfort using metrics to evaluate program impact and drive iteration
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Experience creating structured learning paths for sales, customer success, or similar functions
