Field Marketing Manager (CPG) - Full-Time, Field-Based (Regional Markets)

About the Role

As the Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the on-the-ground leader for the CELSIUS® or ALANI NU® brand in your assigned market. You’ll activate national marketing strategies through memorable local experiences that build awareness, drive trial, and support retail conversion. This role is field-based and requires presence in your market, plus regular driving and regional travel.

Responsibilities

  • Execute 360° marketing programs that align with national goals and local sales priorities
  • Build relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and media partners
  • Develop sponsorships and sampling opportunities that increase consumer engagement
  • Lead consumer activations and events, tracking results to improve ROI
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors
  • Partner with Sales and distributor teams to strengthen in-store visibility
  • Own regional marketing budget planning, product forecasting, and campaign reporting
  • Manage field operations logistics, including inventory, warehouse coordination, and company vehicle use
  • Coordinate with Finance on invoice processing and expense management
  • Support additional marketing and sales initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in grassroots and brand marketing (CPG, food, or beverage preferred)
  • 3+ years of team management or field leadership experience
  • Strong skills in community engagement, event marketing, and project management
  • Familiarity with regional events and cultural moments that boost brand relevance
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure
  • Self-starter with excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR screening
  • Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
