About the Role
Abnormal Security is building an analytics engine powered by Snowflake, Sigma, and marketing automation platforms—and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to lead strategic analysis. You’ll act as a detective and data architect, partnering with BI and Revenue Marketing leaders to uncover the “why” behind performance shifts and anomalies.
This role goes beyond reporting: you’ll own the signal, define early hypotheses, and deliver first-pass diagnoses that help our GTM Strategy & Analytics team make fast, validated decisions.
Responsibilities
- Investigate marketing performance anomalies and identify likely root causes across the funnel
- Partner with BI Architects and Revenue Marketing leaders to diagnose funnel friction and performance drivers
- Lead the transition from static dashboards to AI-driven “Ask Anything” agentic analytics
- Recommend improvements that support efficient capital allocation and measurable impact
- Develop and maintain analysis workflows that turn data trends into actionable business insights
Requirements
- Experience leading marketing analytics, measurement, or performance optimization
- Strong data modeling and analytics skills (e.g., warehouse and BI ecosystems)
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and engineering stakeholders
