About the Role

EquipmentShare is looking for a Field Technician (Mechanic) to support our Advanced Solutions rental facility in San Francisco. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain and repair a variety of customer and company-owned Pump, Power & HVAC equipment while helping keep jobsites moving with reliable, safe equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Pump, Power & HVAC equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete necessary diagnostics
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate updates to the team
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, staged, and ready for rental and customer use
  • Follow safety procedures and work practices to protect yourself and others

Requirements

  • Hands-on mechanical or equipment maintenance experience (pump, power generation, HVAC, or related)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment using standard tools and procedures
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on assignment
