About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance & Administrative Team Lead to support the unit’s day-to-day operations. You will lead the cashier team and oversee key administrative routines, helping ensure smooth store opening and closing with strong operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the cashier team
- Drive hourly targets related to financial products
- Act as the right-hand support to the store manager
- Ensure cashier operations run efficiently and reliably
- Supervise administrative processes for the unit
- Manage staff scheduling, tracking shifts, absences, hour compensation, and medical documentation
- Support management during store opening and closing
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams in operational environments
- Strong ability to manage schedules, attendance, and workload balancing
- Comfort with routine administrative processes and operational controls
- Leadership mindset with a focus on results and process improvement
