About the Role
Providence Swedish Rehab Hospital, operated jointly with Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Finance Director to oversee the hospital’s financial administration. This full-time Monday–Friday role is focused on strengthening financial operations and supporting superior patient care through reliable reporting and sound internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall hospital financial administration, including revenue cycle, general accounting, information systems, and financial reporting
- Ensure all financial activities align with hospital and corporate policies and procedures
- Maintain and evaluate internal controls to safeguard accuracy and compliance
- Oversee reporting processes and partner with internal stakeholders to support operational decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospital or healthcare finance leadership
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle and general accounting practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial reporting and internal controls
- Comfort working with financial information systems and cross-functional teams
Benefits
