About the Role
Join our team as a Financial Analyst in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office. You’ll support the accounting cycle—from general ledger review to financial analysis—while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve decision-making through clear reporting and variance insights.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly cost center expenses and support timely month-end close activities
- Perform monthly review of sales-related activity and make necessary adjustments
- Assist with annual budget preparation and ongoing budget monitoring
- Support reporting, analytics, and other financial deliverables requested by group and local controlling
- Contribute to S&D controlling to help maintain stability in sales operations
- Support operations controlling through accurate product costing and in-depth variance analysis
Requirements
- Experience supporting month-end close, general ledger review, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate variances and explain drivers
- Comfort working with budgets, forecasts, and cost center reporting
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
