About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Accounting Services (or designate), the Financial Analyst supports Providence Health Care (PHC) by coordinating key financial reporting activities. You’ll review and coordinate financial information, analyze results for both management and government reporting needs, and help evaluate costing options for financial alternatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review PHC financial reporting outputs
- Analyze financial information to support management decisions and government reporting requirements
- Assist with costing and evaluation of financial alternatives
- Support the management of the general ledger system in collaboration with the Manager of Accounting Services
- Provide work direction to designated staff as required
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with accounting leadership and support general ledger processes
- May be required to complete testing
- Criminal record check may be required
Compensation
- CAD $38.88/hr to CAD $51.08/hr (annualized equivalent)
