About the Role
Join the Air National Guard as a Financial Management Analyst (GS-0501-9/11) with the 114 FW Finance in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This is a Title 32, Excepted service position supporting the Wing Comptroller Flight by delivering planning, coordination, and analytical support for base-level accounting and financial management programs.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and perform comprehensive accounting and financial management analysis
- Provide decision support and quality reviews for base accounting and financial management activities
- Evaluate and assess financial management programs to support effective resource decisions
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes and analytical outputs
Requirements
- Experience performing accounting and financial management analysis
- Strong understanding of financial management and decision-support concepts
- Ability to conduct quality reviews and produce clear, actionable analysis
- Eligibility for consideration as a member of the South Dakota Air National Guard or those eligible to join
