About the Role
Progyny is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst focused on Revenue and Cash Conversion to help drive meaningful improvements across our Finance Operations group. This role is highly analytical and works closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure clean, timely, and accurate cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Own invoicing and payment operations for PEPM clients and newly launched products
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support accurate, on-time client payments
- Develop and implement finance process improvements that align with business growth and changing needs
- Analyze client payment patterns and investigate outstanding balances using tools such as Power BI, Unapplied Cash reporting, Salesforce, and Intacct
- Monitor payment status and help ensure timely resolution of payment-related issues
Requirements
- Experience in finance operations, revenue operations, or accounts receivable/cash application analysis
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Working knowledge of CRM/finance systems such as Salesforce and Intacct (or similar platforms)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
