About the Role
Join our manufacturing team at the Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN as a Forging Press Operator on 3rd shift. You’ll operate forging press equipment and production machinery to meet quality and productivity targets while following safety procedures and working under direct guidance.
Responsibilities
- Operate forging press and related production equipment according to established quality and productivity requirements.
- Stop work and promptly report major injury hazards to help maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow HSE standards and report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards in a timely manner.
- Support environmental stewardship by recognizing and minimizing environmental impact during operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic understanding of production processes and quality expectations.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift and maintain consistent attendance.
