About the Role
Shipfusion is looking for a Fulfillment Systems Analyst to join our Product team. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll serve as the onsite link between Product and Operations, helping ensure warehouse systems and workflows are implemented as designed and applied consistently across locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Product and Operations to support proper use of the WMS across warehouse sites
- Maintain system discipline by ensuring processes follow established requirements
- Conduct structured audits and track findings to drive improvements
- Provide clear reporting that keeps teams aligned on how the WMS is built and used
- Support operational teams in resolving gaps between intended system behavior and real-world execution
Requirements
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or fulfillment operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and operational stakeholders
- Comfort working onsite and collaborating closely with warehouse teams
