About the Role
Redwood Materials is seeking a Production Control Planner to support operational continuity for our Energy Operations in Sparks, NV. This role ensures materials are available and production is ready by coordinating across inbound logistics, NPI change management, supplier quality, and material planning—helping keep builds on schedule and reducing supply-driven disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain continuity of material supply and support production readiness for Energy Operations
- Coordinate planning activities across inbound logistics, NPI change management, supplier quality, and material planning
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact build schedules or cause floor stoppages
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support timely execution of production plans
- Support operational readiness by tracking requirements, constraints, and supplier-related updates
Requirements
- Experience in production planning, material planning, or production control
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills across logistics and supplier-related processes
- Ability to manage operational continuity and respond to schedule-impacting risks
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with multiple inputs and changing priorities
