About the Role
Scout Motors is building a new chapter for an iconic American brand—bringing rugged capability into the electrified future. In this role, you’ll support function development and calibration work focused on vehicle drivability, helping ensure our powertrains deliver a confident, responsive driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine vehicle functions that impact drivability and overall driver feel
- Support calibration activities for relevant systems across test and validation cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve vehicle performance
- Document development work, test results, and calibration outcomes to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience with automotive function development and/or calibration for drivability
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and drivability principles
- Ability to work effectively with engineers, test teams, and data from validation activities
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and communicating clearly across teams
