About the Role
As the Giga Campus Construction Lead, you’ll plan, coordinate, and oversee construction delivery for assigned campus projects. You’ll partner with internal teams and external stakeholders—design managers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and customers—to help ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale construction activities, including site development, ground-up builds, data center deployments, and customer fit-outs.
- Manage relationships with general contractors, critical subcontractors, equipment vendors, and design/consulting partners.
- Evaluate project budgets, schedules, and construction documents to support quality, scope alignment, and timely execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep stakeholders informed and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure work is delivered with a strong focus on safety, standards, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading construction delivery for large, complex projects (e.g., commercial, data center, or ground-up environments).
- Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and construction documentation.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of construction safety practices and project execution best practices.
