About the Role
SpaceX is looking for a Global Supply Manager to help strengthen our procurement strategy for fleet, waste, and facilities. You’ll partner with teams across the organization to improve supplier performance and drive measurable value through cost, quality, and delivery improvements. This role supports indirect supplier management, with a focus on software services and SG&A spend reduction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage indirect supplier relationships and support strategic sourcing activities for fleet, waste, and facilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to reduce SG&A spend
- Drive supplier performance improvements across cost, quality, and delivery
- Develop and maintain supplier partnerships that support long-term business goals
- Support negotiations and supplier engagement aligned to company objectives
- Contribute to procurement processes that improve speed, quality, and outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in indirect procurement and supplier management
- Strong ability to analyze spend and identify value opportunities
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and influencing supplier outcomes
- Experience supporting software services and/or SG&A-related initiatives is a plus
