Sourcing Manager, Electronics (Starlink) | Supply Chain | Hybrid (Redmond, WA)

About the Role

SpaceX is seeking a Sourcing Manager to support our Starlink production facility in Redmond, Washington. In this role, you’ll help drive large-scale sourcing initiatives that directly impact cost, supply continuity, and execution for the Starlink program. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier performance and ensure the right components are available when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for electronics components supporting Starlink production
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage key commercial terms
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including supplier development activities
• Partner with quality and planning teams to support supplier performance and readiness
• Coordinate procurement activities, inventory planning, and fulfillment to meet production needs
• Support logistics and inventory management processes for timely material flow
• Collaborate across teams to identify risks, improve outcomes, and drive program execution

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management for electronics or related industries
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort managing supplier commercial relationships
• Working knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, fulfillment, and inventory management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (quality, engineering, operations, and logistics)
• Experience driving supplier development and addressing performance or quality concerns
