About the Role
SpaceX is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead sourcing strategy and supply execution for Mechanical Commodities supporting Starlink. You’ll be part of a critical Supply Chain organization responsible for procurement, planning, supplier development, quality, logistics, and inventory—helping turn technical and market momentum into measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a global supply base to support mechanical commodity sourcing for Starlink
- Own supplier strategy and execution to support production needs and program timelines
- Partner cross-functionally to align sourcing plans with engineering and operational requirements
- Support supplier development efforts to improve capability, cost, and delivery performance
- Contribute to supply chain initiatives that strengthen reliability and inventory health
Requirements
- Experience leading sourcing and supplier management for mechanical or industrial commodities
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, and quality stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
