About the Role
The University of Louisiana System Board Office is seeking a Governance and Compliance Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and project management support to senior leaders. In this role, you will help coordinate public records administration, litigation management support, policy development, regulatory compliance, and governance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs with day-to-day administrative and project coordination
- Coordinate public records administration and help maintain organized, accessible records
- Assist with tracking deadlines, compiling information, and maintaining documentation for governance and compliance initiatives
- Serve as lead staff for Personnel Committee administration and support other assigned committee functions
- Provide direct support on legal, policy, and compliance matters as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
- Experience supporting governance, compliance, or administrative processes in an institutional or professional setting
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to coordinate information across stakeholders and maintain accurate records
