About the Role
Join our team as a Grants Administrator providing post-award support to the Grants Manager. You’ll help ensure grant-funded programs remain compliant by preparing billings and required reports in line with federal, state, and local requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit grant billings and reimbursement documentation
- Compile information for narrative and financial reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect supporting materials and required data
- Maintain organized records to support compliance and audit readiness
- Monitor deadlines and help ensure reporting requirements are met accurately
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to resolve documentation or reporting questions
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with compliance-focused documentation
- Proven ability to gather, organize, and validate data for reports
- Effective communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Experience supporting grant administration, billing, or reporting (preferred)
