About the Role
Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a Director of Financial Aid to lead and support student funding services at our growing nursing school. This is a 100% onsite role in Beachwood, OH, helping ensure eligible students can access the resources they need to pursue their nursing education.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial aid operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Lead coordination of financial aid processes for current and prospective students
- Partner with campus teams to support accurate packaging, award management, and student guidance
- Improve workflows and reporting to strengthen service quality and operational efficiency
- Manage and mentor staff supporting financial aid functions
Requirements
- Experience managing financial aid or higher education student financial services
- Strong understanding of federal and institutional financial aid processes
- Proven leadership ability with the skills to coach and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills and a student-centered mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Beachwood, OH
