About the Role
Join the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. In this role, you’ll help ensure grant programs run smoothly by supporting compliance, financial oversight, and sound funding decisions across the grant lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of grant activities to ensure adherence to federal regulations, program requirements, and agency policies
- Review and analyze financial and administrative documentation to support grant funding decisions
- Support recipient accountability throughout award setup, performance, and closeout
- Deliver financial analysis and advisory support for complex grant actions, including budget reviews, award modifications, and recipient financial assessments
Requirements
- Experience managing or supporting grant programs with a strong understanding of compliance expectations
- Proficiency in reviewing financial and administrative documentation related to grant awards
- Ability to conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for grant actions
