About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the financial performance of the Jamestown Engine Plant. You’ll partner with operations leaders to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights, while helping drive accountability and continuous improvement across the plant.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to support plant goals
- Partner with operational leadership to interpret results and recommend improvements
- Lead and develop a small team, including management of at least three hourly employees
- Ensure accuracy of financial information and support process improvements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Strong technical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with operational leaders
- Willingness to pursue CMA or CPA licensure (or working toward it)
- Proven leadership skills and comfort managing a small team
