About the Role
Home Energy Medics (HEM) is a turnkey home performance company based in Arlington, VA. We’re looking for a full-time Green Consultative Sales Representative who also serves as an energy auditor—helping homeowners improve comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and engage them in a consultative, solution-focused conversation
- Educate homeowners on energy efficiency and how home performance improvements can address comfort and health concerns
- Advise clients on next-step solutions to prioritize and fix issues in their homes
Requirements
- Comfort working directly with homeowners and explaining home performance concepts clearly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivation to drive results through consultative sales
