About the Role
Field Materials AI is building AI-native material management software for the construction industry. We’re seeking a Growth Marketing / Marketing Operations Manager to help scale our go-to-market engine as we rapidly grow and process $1B+ in construction purchasing volume.
You’ll own key marketing operations that enable efficient execution across campaigns, improve data quality, and support growth initiatives that reduce manual work and accelerate customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing operations workflows across the funnel, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly and performance is measurable.
- Own and improve marketing data quality, tracking, and reporting across tools and integrations.
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute growth experiments.
- Build scalable processes for campaign management, lead handling, and attribution/reporting.
- Continuously optimize dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or a closely related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and funnel reporting.
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Comfort collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to improve integrations and data flows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
