About the Role
Join Four Seasons at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas as a Guest Room Attendant. You’ll help create exceptional guest experiences by keeping every room immaculate, welcoming, and fully prepared to standard—often anticipating needs before they’re asked.
Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, and sanitize guest room areas (bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom) according to established procedures
- Support Room Attendant duties in both occupied rooms and check-out rooms
- Provide turndown service for guests
- Look for opportunities to personalize the guest experience with attention to detail
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in hotel housekeeping (asset)
- Strong organization skills and a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills
