Head of Finance & Accounting | Senior Finance Leadership | Hybrid/Onsite

About the Role

Hivemind is seeking a detail-oriented Head of Finance & Accounting to lead our end-to-end finance function. You will oversee FP&A and strategic finance, ensure strong accounting governance, and manage treasury, taxation, and reporting across the management company, funds, affiliated entities, and broader group companies.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the firm’s financial architecture, processes, and reporting cadence
• Lead FP&A and strategic finance initiatives to support high-impact decision-making
• Oversee corporate accounting and fund accounting, ensuring consistent execution across operating-company and asset-management finance
• Manage treasury activities and cash/forecasting processes
• Ensure accurate taxation and compliance across relevant entities
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience owning finance and accounting functions end-to-end
• Strong FP&A and strategic finance capabilities, including forecasting and performance analysis
• Deep knowledge of corporate accounting and fund accounting practices
• Experience with treasury management, tax oversight, and financial reporting
• Ability to build scalable systems and durable financial processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
