Join a mission-driven team focused on helping people when they need it most. As a Health Navigator in Monitoring, you’ll maintain supportive, professional communication with clients and internal teams while monitoring medical alert devices and coordinating appropriate next steps.
Responsibilities
- Monitor a high volume of medical alert alarms with empathy and urgency
- Review device readings and determine the right level of response based on established procedures
- Contact clients to confirm needs and coordinate additional assistance when required
- Manage inbound calls and handle all incoming alarm signal activity
- Place outbound calls to customers, emergency contacts, and relevant services (e.g., Police/Fire/EMS) following standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience handling high-volume calls and time-sensitive situations
- Comfort working with monitoring/alert systems and following established protocols
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
