About the Role
SpaceX is looking for an HR Projects Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that strengthen how we operate and support our teams. In this role, you’ll bring curiosity and structure to complex challenges, partnering with HR Business Partners, Corporate Business Operations, and business leaders to deliver improvements in people, process, and data.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR projects end-to-end, aligning scope, timelines, and success metrics with business needs
- Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to drive consistent HR practices across the organization
- Translate project goals into actionable plans, tracking progress and removing blockers
- Use data and process insights to improve efficiency and support scalable HR operations
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact
Requirements
- Strong HR foundation with experience supporting projects or program delivery
- Ability to think strategically while executing with precision in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working across people, process, and data to solve complex problems
- Strong partnering and communication skills with HR and business stakeholders
