About the Role
Deep Dive HR Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support client teams on an ongoing contract basis. This part-time role is remote for U.S.-based candidates, with a requirement to reside in California or the Pacific Time Zone and have familiarity with California employment law.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on HR support to clients across day-to-day people operations
- Assist with HR guidance related to compliance, policies, and workplace practices
- Support hiring and onboarding workflows, including basic process coordination
- Help maintain organized HR documentation and client-ready materials
- Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to address workforce needs
Requirements
- Must reside in California or the Pacific Time Zone
- Working knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance practices
- Experience as an HR Generalist or in an HR generalist capacity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with client teams
- Availability for approximately 16 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$50 per hour (annualized equivalent: $72,800–$104,000)
- Ongoing contract engagement with part-time hours
- Remote work within the U.S.
