About the Role
FWG Solutions is seeking a Hydraulic Technician to support the U.S. Navy’s Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program under the LCAC 100 Program. This role performs operational and maintenance work on hydraulic systems on-base in support of mission readiness.
Responsibilities
- Perform operational and maintenance tasks for hydraulic motors, pumps, scavenge fans, and ceiling components
- Support day-to-day hydraulic system troubleshooting, inspection, and repair activities
- Follow established procedures to maintain equipment performance and reliability
- Maintain compliance with applicable quality and safety standards while working on operational systems
Requirements
- Experience performing maintenance and operational support on hydraulic equipment (motors, pumps, and related components)
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic system issues and complete repairs using approved procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality-focused work
- Willingness to work on-base in support of the Navy’s LCAC ACV program
