About the Role
ECI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support our technical delivery team in partnership with a Client Technology Manager (CTM). In this hybrid role, you’ll help drive technology programs that enhance stability, security, and performance for mid-market financial services organizations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CTM to plan, deliver, and support technology initiatives
- Assist in the execution of cloud and systems-related program work
- Contribute to reliable operations by identifying issues, supporting troubleshooting, and helping implement improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with client needs and service standards
Requirements
- Experience as a systems engineer supporting enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of systems and cloud technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing delivery model
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
