About the Role
Asian Health Services (AHS) is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT systems and services. You’ll help ensure our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support functions remain reliable, secure, and aligned with the needs of both our organization and clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational oversight for AHS IT systems, infrastructure, and service delivery
- Plan, develop, implement, and manage IT initiatives that support organizational goals
- Ensure technology and cybersecurity controls are effective and up to date
- Coordinate IT support services to keep systems available for staff and patients
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into workable IT solutions
Requirements
- Experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, and support services
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and risk management
- Ability to lead IT initiatives and manage priorities across competing demands
- Comfort working with clinical and organizational stakeholders to support business needs
