About the Role
LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed clinician to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in Milford. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality behavioral health services and help support whole-person care in collaboration with the broader primary care team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated behavioral health services within outpatient and primary care settings
- Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and coordinate care with the care team
- Support patients in achieving measurable mental health goals
Requirements
- Active licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist (PsyD)
- Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
- Experience working in behavioral health and the ability to collaborate in an integrated model
- Comfort with outpatient caseloads and coordinated care workflows
