About the Role
OCNA is seeking a hands-on, strategic IT Manager to help scale our Texas manufacturing site. You’ll build the site’s IT foundation, implement enterprise systems such as SAP and MES, and partner with business teams to support plant-floor technology, regulated systems, and readiness for pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.
This is an individual contributor role at the start, with a clear path to grow into a leadership position as the IT function expands.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the IT roadmap for the Austin manufacturing site
- Establish and maintain core IT infrastructure and operational technology support
- Implement and support enterprise systems, including SAP and MES
- Manage and coordinate external vendors to deliver technology solutions
- Ensure strong cybersecurity practices across IT and regulated environments
- Support compliance-aligned operations for quality and cybersecurity expectations
- Partner with stakeholders to improve site readiness and technology performance
Requirements
- Proven experience leading IT initiatives in a manufacturing or regulated environment
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and/or MES
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and practical controls
- Ability to manage vendors and drive outcomes with cross-functional teams
- Comfort supporting both business systems and plant-floor technology
