About the Role
Datadog is seeking a Networking Manager to lead the global management of network services across our offices worldwide. You’ll ensure reliable, high-performance Wi-Fi and direct internet connectivity, while helping scale both the network infrastructure and the supporting team to match Datadog’s rapid growth.
This is a hybrid position based at our global headquarters in New York City, requiring three days per week in the office and occasional travel to international sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead global network engineering teams, coordinating full-time employees and third-party vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Own the design, deployment, and scaling of office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and conference room connectivity.
- Ensure network performance and reliability across locations as demand increases.
- Support ongoing improvements to processes and infrastructure standards for global office environments.
Requirements
- Experience leading networking teams or managing network engineering functions.
- Strong background in enterprise networking, including Wi-Fi and wired connectivity.
- Proven ability to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-scaling, global environment with occasional travel.
