About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking an IT Operations Manager to help deliver a secure, reliable, and scalable technology experience for employees. You’ll lead day-to-day IT operations while partnering closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support internal teams and maintain high service quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT operations to ensure systems are secure, stable, and available for company-wide use
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support employee technology needs and service delivery
- Help drive operational improvements across IT processes, tooling, and support workflows
- Coordinate with Security and Systems Engineering to implement and maintain security and reliability standards
- Manage operational priorities and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Requirements
- Experience managing IT operations or similar technology service delivery functions
- Strong understanding of security and reliability best practices
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Security, Engineering, People Ops)
- Excellent troubleshooting and operational planning skills
