About the Role
Flygreen is a private jet charter brokerage built on modern technology and deep aviation expertise. We’re looking for a Jet Charter Sales Executive to join our Charlotte office and help grow our sales pipeline while delivering a world-class client experience from first conversation through post-booking support.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to booking and follow-up
- Build relationships with prospective clients and partners to drive new business
- Understand client travel needs and match them with the right aircraft and itinerary options
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and a seamless charter experience
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven success in sales or business development (full-cycle preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working toward targets
- Interest in aviation and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
