Junior Accountant (Entry-Level) | Remote

About the Role

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting activities for our growing e-commerce business. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values people, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Help prepare and reconcile routine accounting reports
• Support month-end and other close activities under supervision
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records and help ensure timely processing

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standard bookkeeping practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and comfort with data entry
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Prior internship or entry-level accounting experience is a plus
