About the Role
Volkswagen Group Services is hiring a Junior Contact Center Agent for our fully remote roadside assistance project. You’ll support customers by handling calls, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up—while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide roadside assistance in a safe, professional, and timely manner
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and manage requests end-to-end
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Identify customer needs and guide users using available features
- Review and report potential product or technical malfunctions
- Update internal databases with technical issues and relevant customer discussions
- Inform customers about new features and functionality
- Follow up to confirm technical issues are resolved
- Support training of new employees when requested
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Native-level German or at least C1 proficiency (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Shift-based availability (required)
- Customer service experience in a contact center role (preferred)
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
- Strong understanding of CRM systems
- Familiarity with the automotive industry (advantage)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
