About the Role
SupportYourApp is an international Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company. We’re looking for a Junior Content Writer to help create clear, engaging content that supports our customers and strengthens our brand voice.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit website, blog, and help-center content
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand topics and customer needs
- Maintain consistent tone, structure, and quality across content assets
- Support content updates by reviewing existing pages and improving clarity
Requirements
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and style
- Ability to research topics and turn notes into polished drafts
- Basic understanding of content structure (headings, scannable formatting)
- Motivation to learn and iterate based on feedback
