Responsibilities
- Own and improve day-to-day business operations to support cross-functional goals
- Coordinate processes, reporting, and workflows to increase visibility and efficiency
- Partner with leaders across teams to remove blockers and streamline execution
- Support planning and operational cadence, including tracking progress against key priorities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, program operations, or a related operations leadership role
- Strong ability to analyze processes and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
- Proficiency with operational tools and reporting practices
