About the Role

Datavant is seeking a Lead Health Information Specialist to oversee the release of information (ROI) process, with a focus on medical record requests. In this role, you’ll help ensure requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process medical record requests and manage end-to-end ROI workflows in a timely manner
• Ensure all released information is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable requirements
• Deliver high-quality customer service while handling inquiries related to record releases
• Support team execution of ROI processes to maintain service levels and productivity
• Maintain consistent attention to detail to reduce errors and improve request turnaround

Requirements

• Experience working with health information, medical records, or release of information (ROI) processes
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive documentation
• Ability to manage requests efficiently while maintaining quality and customer focus
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
